Will of god

Conforming to it is a magical act that protects us

November 13th 2013
‘Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven’, says Jesus in the Lord’s Prayer. But why must we do the will of God? Because it is a magical act. The moment we decide to serve the Lord, our whole being is taken up, dedicated, and then the contrary wills that try to seduce us for their own evil use are unable to do so – because we are committed to serving God, we are protected. Humans are rarely aware of the presence around them of all kinds of visible and invisible wills seeking to worm their way into them in order to get them to serve their evil designs. They think they are acting freely, but they are not; without knowing it they are becoming slaves to evil entities that will eventually cause them to disintegrate. So when you say, ‘Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven’, hold the meaning of the words firmly in your mind as you say them.
