Masterpieces of art

Food for the soul

December 15th 2013
You may find that even the most beautiful works of art have a few imperfections, and even the greatest artists are rarely satisfied with their works. Yet certain monuments, because of their proportions, the purity of their lines and the materials used in their construction, become a kind of food for the soul. When we gaze at them, we feel something within begin to take on the beauty and harmony of these works to the extent that we identify with them, and that is the beginning of a whole inner work. There are so many monuments that can give us a taste for this work and support us in it! Some have even been especially conceived with this aim in mind by initiates, who charged them with radiance and energy. All who contemplate such masterpieces experience their beauty as food for their spiritual life.
