Conditions
Are good or bad depending on what we make of them
March 27th 2014
Never complain about the material conditions you have been given this lifetime, even if they seem bad. Tell yourself they are not decisive. Or, more precisely, they are decisive in the sense that they make you work on yourself. Everyone has their own idea of what is good or bad for them, while providence often sees things quite differently.
So the wisest thing is to view the conditions you have been given as being the best ones for your evolution. And anyway, whether they are good or bad will depend on what you are able to make of them. Even the most favourable conditions may prove catastrophic if you do not know how to make use of them, whereas bad conditions, if you learn how to make use of them, may be of great benefit. You cannot judge the conditions you have been given at the time, only much later, when you find out what use you were able to put them to.
