Are the most effective

When you feel anxious and upset, the only really effective method for finding balance and peace again is to contact light. Perhaps you will say you have tried already without much success, whereas when you take pills or potions you feel an immediate improvement, and you don’t want to waste your time on methods whose effects are so slow. Well, even if your observations are correct, your conclusions are wrong. Because you don’t get any spectacular results from methods involving light, you think they are not effective. No, it is simply that you have not yet learned how to work with them. You merely think about light a bit, like that, now and again… So, of course, what can you expect to gain? But if you learn to resonate with the light, to attract it to you, to let it shine on even the tiniest cell of your body, to let it become ever more vibrant within you, you will realize there is no power equal to light.
