Moral qualities

Why you should never underestimate them

June 30th 2015
Humans judge everything according to their own criteria, and because they think they have excellent criteria, they do not notice that they overlook certain values and exaggerate others. This is why, in the eyes of Cosmic Intelligence, human values are rarely true values. Let’s take the case of education, to which people generally attach great importance, and for good reason of course. If you ask someone how long it took them to get a degree, they will say three years, five years, or more if it is a doctor, and this seems a lot. But to acquire qualities such as patience, kindness, selflessness, generosity, wisdom and fortitude takes more than a few years, sometimes several incarnations. Acquiring book knowledge is so much easier than developing moral qualities! A person who has these qualities will have worked for centuries to acquire them – so why underestimate them?
