Free energies on all levels

Daily life is difficult, the source of much tension; in families, at work and in society, people have to hold so much of their energy in check just to be able to bear all the demands on them and to cope! And every now and then, these energies need to be released. Initiates understood this well. That is why, as far back as you can go, they instituted popular festivals at certain times of the year corresponding to specific configurations in astronomy. Even Christian festivals, for the most part, are simply relics of ancient pagan festivals in a different form and with a different meaning.
As the festivals draw nearer, festivities are organised: people collect together food, and they prepare decorations and special clothes or even fancy dress. But the initiates had another purpose as well for these festivals. They wanted to encourage people to explore the energies in the subtler realms so as to regenerate and vivify their heart and soul. In this atmosphere of joyous and beneficial exchanges, beings of light come to draw on the energies, using them to continue their work throughout the world. Would you like to help them with their work? You yourself can consciously entrust them with your joy and all the spiritual wealth you gain from a celebration, enabling others to benefit from them. This joy and wealth will come back to you multiplied.
