Spiritual people

Definition of their work

March 1st 2016
The path followed by those engaged in the spiritual life is long and arduous, but their work can be summarized in a few words: instead of allowing their lower, instinctual, animal nature to get the upper hand, keeping them enslaved and continuously excluded from paradise, they always work to give the spirit the final say, to submit to its laws, so that the powers of eternity may come to reign within them. Spiritual people work to bring into their daily life the subtle elements and quintessences that live in the loftiest part of their being. By means of their thoughts and feelings, their faith and their effort, they keep alive the divine spark buried deep within. To the humdrum course of events they contribute something that springs up radiantly, something in which the presence of the divine world reveals itself.
