World below and world above
Their relationship. the example of nutrition

There is no separation between the world below and the world above, and the seed demonstrates this particularly clearly. When you bury a seed in the soil, a connection is immediately established between earth and sky: the sun sends the seed its light and warmth, the rain waters it, the earth provides it with the shelter and the food it needs to grow, and the seed begins to grow. By simply placing a seed in the earth, you activate a phenomenon in heaven at the same time.
The same processes also occur within us. For example, we put the seed (food) in the earth (our stomach), and immediately heaven (our brain) sends currents to transform it into energy, feelings and thoughts. As soon as we put food in our stomach, forces make their way to it and set to work.
