Virtues
Are passports to the divine world
August 26th 2016
There are places on earth, territories, where you can only enter if you show a pass, a passport or a visa. Be aware that this is even truer for the divine world. You cannot just decide to present yourself at the gates of heaven and expect them to open. There are entities there that will say, ‘Wait! First we must see who you are and whether we can let you in.’
What do these entities judge you on? On your virtues. Each time you act in accordance with the divine virtues, they mark you with their seal, each one leaving traces, imprints, on you, and this constitutes your pass. When you appear with it at the border of the divine world, some sort of mechanism is released, and you enter. You may not be admitted immediately to the holy of holies, but you can enter.
