Meditation

Need for a method

July 27th 2011
You would like to meditate but can’t; you find it difficult. Yes, for in order to meditate you have to understand the nature of psychic work and, above all, not force the brain to concentrate straightaway on a given subject. Otherwise, you do the nerve cells violence, and the brain becomes blocked. So the first thing to do is relax and remain, as it were, passive, while watching like a patient spectator as all your cells quieten down. Of course, without a certain amount of practice you will not succeed straightaway, but eventually you will only need a few seconds. Working first of all with gentleness and harmony is the secret of a good meditation. And as soon as you feel your nervous system is peaceful and recharged (for a passive attitude allows your brain to store energy), you can turn your thoughts to your chosen subject.
