Keeping them calm to be able to relax

More than any other part of the body, your hands often reveal your inner state. When you wish to calm yourself, to re-establish harmony and order within, watch your hands in particular, because although at times you may think you are relaxed, your hands remain tense. You should always be aware of your hands. Some people fidget with their hands when they are talking. And even when they are not talking, they cross them, uncross them, handle objects unnecessarily, scratch themselves, scribble, or drum their fingers. Keeping your hands still and relaxed is one of the most difficult exercises. This is why you should observe your hands carefully – if you can relax them, you will feel a sense of well-being, even in your solar plexus.
