Love and wisdom must walk hand in hand

Whatever your age, strive to be confident children, rejoicing in the smallest things, quickly forgetting vexations and failures – children with a heart always ready to love. This way you will never grow old.
If Cosmic Intelligence makes humans inevitably pass from childhood to old age, it is because old age also brings very good things. Symbolically, we can say that childhood and old age correspond to the two main virtues we have to develop. The child represents love wanting to act and manifest all the possibilities of life; the old person represents wisdom, analyzing and drawing conclusions from all their experiences. The child and the old person – love and wisdom – must learn to walk hand in hand: with love in the heart and with wisdom in the intellect. The heart must remain eternally young, and the intellect must become very old.
