Just love, and be concerned only with improving the quality of your love, by removing from it the elements of lust, possessiveness and violence it contains, for these are harmful to your evolution.
All humans harbour a few germs of selfishness in their heart, and these poison their love, causing suffering both to them and to those they love. This is hard to accept, of course, but it is a reality: no one belongs to anyone else, and wanting to enslave someone’s soul or heart is a venture doomed to failure from the outset. Even if you are an exceptional being, a genius, a wonder, be aware that the one you love will always have space in their heart to love others, many others. Once your love is enlightened enough to accept this idea, it will bring you the greatest blessings.
