Sexual instinct
And spiritual love: how they express themselves

Those who give free rein to their sexual instinct will realize, if they are aware, that their sexual organs act, as it were, independently of their will. They are unable to stop or put a brake on whatever is happening: all they can do is take note of the fact. They have set something in motion, and a tumultuous torrent is raging, sweeping everything along with it. So much energy is expended! And it all goes to feed the larvae and elementals of the astral world.
Those who experience a spiritual love, on the other hand, will notice that they themselves, that is to say, their soul and their spirit, are in control of the situation and are being nourished. Their expressions of love may be confined to exchanging looks, to a presence, a scent, but they are happy. They feel that they themselves have eaten, drunk and breathed, and not other entities through them.
