Five senses, the

They are also useful in our dealings with others

February 6th 2021
People who have learned to use their five senses correctly – sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch – have a good knowledge of reality. But this knowledge can also be useful to them in their dealings with others, which is undoubtedly the area where most mistakes are generally made. For they can use their eyes to observe the nature of those they meet. Their ears can perceive and analyze the vibrations and intonations of voices, even on the telephone. Their sense of smell can alert them to the kind of people who live in a given place. Their sense of taste enables them to avoid dangerous encounters, and when they shake hands with someone, they are immediately informed of that person’s character and temperament, because a handshake expresses the whole being.
