Fire
Indispensable to spiritual realizations

Before starting a ceremony, the magus, the initiate lights candles or vigil lights. This is a tradition that comes from a very ancient science according to which the presence of fire is indispensable to realization. This tradition of lighting candles has also been maintained in churches. For wherever fire takes part, there are results.
When you are experiencing inner difficulties – sorrow, sadness, discouragement, temptation – write down on a piece of paper your wish to find serenity, strength and clarity again, light a flame and ask the Angel of Fire to burn all these lower states: it will grant you your wish. Until we learn about this sacred science, we will drag along our whole lives, crying and suffering without being able to free ourselves. Fire is there to help us, and we must think of using it for our spiritual realizations.
