Truth
Balancing the heart and the intellect

It is important to know how to move from the realm of the intellect to the realm of the heart, and balance the cold current that blows in the region of wisdom with the warm current of love. Truth lies in this balance. If love is not tempered by wisdom, it leads to sensuality, and wisdom without love leads to coldness, contempt and cruelty. So, the coldness of wisdom must balance the heat of love, and the heat of love must moderate the coldness of wisdom. Life will find the best conditions in this temperate climate.
For a grain of wheat to develop normally, it needs heat – but not too much heat – and cold – but not too much cold either. There is an ideal temperature for all seeds, so why should there not be one for the seeds that are human beings? Why should they be an exception?
