Skin
Its work is determined by our thoughts

You should know that your skin reacts to the sun in a special way; it receives the beneficial particles that the sun sends out even through your clothing. You can also sunbathe in the nude, but what you receive will depend on your thoughts and feelings.
The skin itself is neutral, and can let everything pass through it, both good and bad. What directs and determines the skin’s work is our consciousness, our thinking. Skin can favour or block the passage of certain elements according to what is in your mind. If your thoughts are pure, luminous and linked to God, it is as if your skin received an order from above to set to work to drive out poisons and to attract only life-giving particles and energies. If carried out under the right conditions, this communion with the forces of nature can purify you physically and spiritually.
