Mountains
Climb them physically and spiritually

Mountains serve as links between earth and heaven. Great wisdom presided over their formation and decided exactly where they should be located, for this is never a matter of chance. Each mountain is assigned its own specific function, which is why they all differ in shape, size and height. Their peaks reach upwards like antennae, designed to emit or receive waves of a particular frequency, thus creating conditions conducive to a particular activity.
A disciple must go up into the mountains in order to communicate with heaven – not only physically, but also spiritually – and meditate at length on what a mountain means for them in their inner life.
