Washing oneself

A sacred act that can liberate our soul

Water is alive and inhabited by very pure entities. This is why, before you make contact with water, whether in your bathroom or in nature, you should greet it with great love and respect, and ask the Angel of water to help you in your work. It is not necessary to embark on all kinds of long and complicated ceremonies in order to purify yourself. Several times a day you have the opportunity to wash in water, and you should do so consciously, always remembering that the contact with physical water is simply a means of making contact with spiritual water, which is true water. Of course, washing oneself is one of the most ordinary things we do every day, but that is no reason to underestimate its importance. Like eating, sleeping and breathing, washing should be considered a sacred act that can liberate our soul.*
