Outer beauty and inner beauty

A woman knows instinctively that it is to her advantage to be beautiful, so she takes care of her figure, her hair and her complexion and she puts on make-up, which of course produces immediate results. Men notice her and she has the satisfaction of feeling that she is pretty and attractive. Yes, but what kind of people will she attract in this way? Certainly not Initiates! Only idiots, sensual men or louts, who ask nothing more of a woman than to be delectable so that they can well and truly devour her! On the other hand, if a woman works to acquire inner beauty* by developing her qualities and virtues, she will attract quite a different class of men, men who are intelligent, honest and generous, and who will help and protect her and give her every opportunity to fulfil herself.
