Understanding

Is a feeling

April 10th 2012
The universe is a great body, with which we must learn to come into harmony, for everything that is good – health, joy, light, inspiration – is part of this harmony. Those who work at achieving such harmony begin to feel their whole being resonate with the universe and to understand the meaning of life, creation and love. But not before. Before then, it is impossible for them to understand. Intellectually, outwardly, you can always think you understand something, but it is not so. True understanding does not take place in a few brain cells; it occurs throughout the body, even through the feet, the arms, the stomach or the liver. The whole body, every cell, has to understand. True understanding is a feeling. You feel, and at that moment you understand and you know, because you have tasted it. No intellectual understanding can compare to this feeling.
