Our physical, psychic and spiritual organs are in affinity with regions of the cosmos

Everything in the universe, from stones and plants right up to the archangels and God Himself, also exists in human beings. This is why the universe is called the macrocosm (the big world), and a human being, the microcosm (the small world). Humans are infinitely small and the universe infinitely vast, but between the infinitely small and the infinitely vast, there are numerous correspondences.
All the organs of our physical body, as well as those of our psychic and spiritual bodies, have an affinity with various regions of the cosmos. Obviously, we mustn’t imagine that the cosmos has organs like ours but, in their essence, our organs correspond exactly with those of the cosmos, and we are able to make contact with the forces and centres in space which, through the law of affinity, correspond to those same forces and centres within ourselves.
