Contemplate the sunrise every morning

Each year, as spring returns, get ready to contemplate the sun, knowing that the sun alone is able to bring order and harmony to your inner being, and give you light, love, peace and joy. What a privilege it is to contemplate the sunrise every morning! Nothing is more beautiful. It is the fountainhead that gushes forth, vibrates and flows—you cannot tear yourself away from it.
A sense of the sacred comes over you, especially when you arrive very early, before the sun has risen, and witness the first light of dawn. It is as if all of nature is gathered to celebrate a great mystery. You even feel the need to walk differently so as not to disturb the atmosphere. This is true poetry. We should pray that everyone may one day experience this fullness of life and drink from its wellspring.
