Become conscious of its presence in food, in every breath

Try hard to find more and more space in your lives for light. To do so, you must become conscious of the presence of light in everything in order to benefit from it. If you eat with the awareness that your food, fruits and vegetables, are a condensed form of the sunbeams to which they were exposed, you create better physiological conditions for these rays to be properly absorbed and distributed throughout your body. If you breathe with the conviction that with every breath you can draw light into yourself, you are preparing yourself to receive celestial light, the spirit of God.
For, of course, the light that you see, the light that comes from the sun, is only the most material form of light. Behind this light, there exist other, subtler forms of light, and these, if you know how to make contact with them, will bring you eternal life.
