Sanctuaries
If they have lost their sacred imprints, look for them on the subtle planes
April 24th 2026
However holy a place may be, however pure and luminous the imprints left on it by Initiates and great spiritual Masters, all its virtues disappear if the place is exposed for too long to the comings and goings of ordinary people. For they carry with them entities of darkness engendered by their vulgar, profane thoughts and feelings, and the presence of these entities drives away the heavenly spirits.
This is why Initiates have always tried to protect sanctuaries and the objects they housed: to prevent the divine currents and entities present in them from being attacked by other forces. But once they leave these sanctuaries or when others take possession of them, the sacredness of these places is gradually lost. As the imprints left by the Initiates are no longer perceptible on the physical plane, we must now look for them elsewhere, on the etheric and causal planes, those subtle, luminous regions that the Psalms call ‘the Land of the Living’.
