Greet the whole of nature

Everything in it is alive, it will send you strength

When you leave your home in the morning, take a moment when nobody can see you and salute the whole of nature and all creatures, visible and invisible. Raise your hand, and say, ‘I love you, I love you, I love you. I want to be in harmony with you!’ When you greet nature in this way, it responds by opening itself to you and sending you strength for the whole day.
Human beings do not realize that they have work to do with their thoughts and their love to get nature to open up to them. You need only to touch a stone with love and it is no longer the same. It accepts you and vibrates in unison with you. It loves you too.
