Be conscious that as it rises, its rays deposit treasures in us

Even if your thoughts are occupied elsewhere, as long as you are there at sunrise, you will derive some physical benefits from the sun’s rays, as well as from the purity and freshness of the morning air. But that is all. You will receive none of the subtle elements that can help you to evolve spiritually. Whereas if you are conscious that the sun communicates its life, love, wisdom and beauty to you through its rays, you prepare yourself to receive them. You open thousands of doors within you through which these rays can enter and deposit their treasures. In this way the sun fills your whole being with the gifts of its blessings.
This is why it is so important to be aware of what the sun represents, for thanks to this awareness, you can receive elements that will help you to delve deeper into the laws and mysteries of nature, and to know peace and happiness.
