Methods, simple

Being convinced of their effectiveness

August 26th 2012
So many problems can be solved by very simple methods! And they are generally the methods given by wise people. But who takes them seriously? They are evidently too simple, and people only believe in complicated solutions. If a wise person, an initiate, says to them, to ease their torment, ‘Close your eyes…, quieten down…, breathe…, send out love to all of humanity, to all of nature; bring yourself into harmony with the universe…’, they will not listen. Instead of putting these methods into practice to see whether they are true, they will go looking for so-called mages to be given cabbalistic formulas, have talismans prepared for them or a few secrets revealed to them, passed down from the Tibetans or the Aztecs. But the talismans and secrets may be completely ineffectual or even harmful. To obtain great results and great spiritual riches, you have to take account of seemingly insignificant methods and rules. Yes, they may seem insignificant, but they are, in fact, the most effective, because they are based on precise knowledge of the human being.
