Divine nature

Work with love and wisdom so that it awakens within us

By his example and the sacrifice of his life, Jesus showed us the path we should take in order, as he himself said, to do the same work that he did. If we are not conscious of the likeness between Jesus and ourselves, it is because we have let all sorts of foreign elements obscure and eclipse our divine nature. So then, of course, we can no longer recognize it.
But if we work with love and wisdom to purify our thoughts, our feelings and our actions, we will sense this divine nature gradually awakening in us. Yes, we must reach this state of consciousness in which we feel that we are no longer separate from the Lord, that we are a part of Him and have no existence outside Him.
