Mountain

In what state of mind you must approach it

February 6th 2013
Master Peter Deunov said, ‘It is good to be determined and bold when you set off in conquest of the peaks, but you must also be sensible. Mountains are pitiless; if you are not watchful or provident, do not expect them to take your courage and intrepidity into consideration. And above all, do not rush – haste can cost you your life. During the ascent, watch your feet. You are not setting off to achieve a feat but to make the acquaintance of highly evolved beings, which will accompany you and take part in your climb. ‘The fact that you are a disciple of a spiritual teaching does not protect you from dangers. The higher you rise, the more aware and respectful you must be of the beings that live there and not want to enter their territory by force.’
