Hell
Torments of the soul that humans take to the next world

So many artists and writers have created paintings or written novels, poems and plays about the suffering of the dying, who are forced to leave behind their pleasures, their possessions and everything that made life worthwhile for them! You know these works… But, of course, the devils armed with forks, the furnaces, the cauldrons and torments, all equally hideous, are only images. The suffering are cooked and tortured not in their physical body but in their soul. That is where they experience hell.
And humans already know that hell here on earth, when greed, ambition, hatred and sensuality hurl them into the lower regions of the astral plane. And that is the hell they take with them to the other world, because it is in them.
