Yogas

They all share the same goal, which is to help us draw closer to the truth

January 19th 2024
Cosmic Intelligence has established certain laws that we must all know and obey. Many of you will think, ‘But if we all have to conform to the same standards, we shall all be the same, like mass-produced objects.’ No, you need not worry about that; you will continue to be different, because as you all have different temperaments, talents and qualities, you will not all be inclined to use the same methods.
Consider, for example, all the different types of yoga taught by the Indian spiritual masters: Raja-yoga, the yoga of mastery and selfdominance; Karma-yoga, the yoga of selflessness and altruistic activity; Hatha-yoga, the yoga of control of the physical body; Kriya-yoga, the yoga of light; Laya-yoga, which develops Kundalini energy; Bhaktiyoga, the yoga of love and fire, and so on. As disciples, we can all practise different yogas, but all yogas have the same goal: to teach us to rise to a higher plane and draw closer to the universal principle of truth.*
