Nutrition –consider it to be a cosmic process

We must learn that nutrition is not confined to the physical plane alone: it is a process that embraces the whole cosmos. Yes, because human beings have been created to make exchanges not only with the dense, but also with the subtle side of the universe, and we can find nourishment suited to each of our different bodies in the different regions of space.
Try to understand this, and you will begin to experience the universe as one immense symphony. But for these exchanges to be possible, the lines of communication must be kept clear. As long as they are not clear, nothing circulates freely. Like blocked pipes they must be unblocked. How? On the physical plane, we can change our eating habits, follow a diet, take laxatives, have enemas, and so on. On the psychic plane, we remove these obstructions by a rigorous screening of all our thoughts and feelings, retaining only the brightest and most generous ones.*
