Prices
The prices of the articles are indicated in euros all taxes included (mainland France and European Union) and excluding taxes (Overseas France and Rest of the world).
Outside mainland France and the European Union, the order and the invoice will indicate the amount to be paid, excluding all taxes.
Customs duties or other local taxes may apply, for which Editions Prosveta is not responsible.
Shipping fees
• Shipments to mainland France.
- € 5.40 and € 0.01 from € 46 purchase (physical products only, digital products for download being free of shipping costs)
• Shipments outside mainland France.
Whatever the amount, for individuals (excluding resellers):
- Europe (EEC only): € 9
- Dom-Tom: 13 €
- Other countries: 17 €
Customs duties or other local taxes may be required. Any such additional charges are payable by the customer.
All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros. The prices invoiced are those displayed during order placement and confirmation.
Orders
All validated orders are confirmed by Prosveta within one day of receipt. This confirmation will indicate the immediate availability or not of the items ordered. At any time, you can order by phone or by mail; the postal address of your distributor can be found on the home page of our site. The items are delivered to the address indicated when you order, by La Poste or an approved carrier.
Delivery
Delivery times max. in France are 7 working days from confirmation of your order by our customer service. In the case of an unavailable product, the delivery time of this article will be advised by e-mail. You can then, if you wish, receive your package in multiple shipments or in one. In the latter case, the delivery time will be that indicated the delivery date will be the date advised in the email above.
Quality of the articles
Les Éditions Prosveta S.A. undertakes to refund or exchange the defective products (printing or binding anomalies) or products that do not comply with your order.
To do this, you must return all the items to us, in their original unsealed packaging, and well protected for return . Thus, Éditions Prosveta S.A. can exchange or refund.
The request must be made within fifteen working days of delivery. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted. Éditions Prosveta S.A. reserves the right to refuse any return of damaged item(s) due to the lack of suitable packaging.

Refund of digital products
In the event of a problem or impossibility of downloading digital products (books, audio and video conferences, music) purchased, the company Éditions Prosveta S.A. undertakes to reimburse within 48 hours, working days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays.
Right of withdrawal
You have a time limit of seven full days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. To do this, you must return all the items concerned to us in their original unopened packaging. Return costs are your responsibility. Any return request made outside this period cannot be accepted. Éditions Prosveta S.A. reserves the right to refuse any return item(s) damaged due to the lack of suitable packaging.
In application of article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not is not applicable and cannot be exercised for the supply of audio or video recordings when they have been unsealed by the consumer. Any order canceled pursuant to the right of withdrawal will be fully refunded, with the exception of delivery and return costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
Payment for your purchases is made by check, by Paypal or by bank card 3D Secure: National Card (CB), Visa, Master Card, etc.
Cashing the check is only done when the order is shipped.

Prosveta undertakes not to distribute the banking information that you provide to us.
Intellectual property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the sites prosveta.com and prosveta.fr are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the whole world. As such, any use other than for private use and subject to different provisions is prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting, sanctioned under intellectual property, except with the prior authorization of Prosveta. Any total or partial reproduction of the Prosveta catalog is strictly prohibited.
Liability
Prosveta cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike means of transport and/or communications.
Prosveta is not liable for any consequential damages due to the non-execution of an order due to the causes mentioned above.
Applicable law
This contract is subject to French law. The language is the French language. Any disputes will be heard in a French court.
According to the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have a permanent right to access and rectify your personal information.
The personal information that you send us communicate may be used exceptionally within the restricted framework of exchanges of client files in the field of books.
In the event that you do not wish your personal information to be disseminated , you must mention it in the Comment box of your electronic order form.
