Means of picking up spiritual currents

To channel water, you dig ditches, furrows; to light your house, you install electrical circuits… How many examples do you need before you understand that you must also lay pipes and circuits within yourself to pick up and circulate divine energies! If you haven’t anticipated anything, prepared anything, how will all the energies travelling through the atmosphere find their way through you?
If you are taking our gymnastic exercises seriously, you will already sense they are a means of picking up these energies: the geometrical figures corresponding to the various movements relate to spiritual forces, spiritual entities. And when you draw these figures in space, you attract the forces and entities to which they are connected, so that they can work in you. When you do the exercises, be aware that they are sacred signs and figures, to which you are giving life. Sometimes they will project you up to regions of your soul as yet unexplored, and at other times they will help you to incarnate, both within yourself and on earth, a force, quality, virtue or idea from the divine world.
