Light

A principle we must place at the centre of our life

January 7th 2014
It is important to build our life on a fundamental idea. This idea will be like a kernel, a central point. Several circles will then be able to form around it, but in the centre there must be only one idea; only then will life truly take on meaning and coherence. It’s not that we shouldn’t have a head full of ideas and plans, but we can only build something solid from a central point. Few people when they rise in the morning have a fundamental idea that will guide their actions and their behaviour throughout the day. As soon as they wake up, their mind is off in all directions, and even if they carry out their tasks properly they remain in a dispersed state, which is harmful to their physical and psychological balance. But if finally they decide to base their life on a single idea, forces they are not even aware of but which exist inside them, in every cell of their body, will awaken and join in their efforts, and they will feel guided and supported in all their activities. The idea, the principle that we must place at the centre of our life, can be summed up in one word – light – but this word can be developed ad infinitum.
