Exchanges

Are essential to life

August 9th 2014
What is it that makes people leave their house to visit their family or their friends, or to go shopping or for a walk in nature? It is quite simply the need to make exchanges. For exchanges are absolutely essential to life. Life can even be defined as the result of the exchanges we make with the whole universe and the creatures in it. Our life consists of nothing but exchanges. The most obvious expressions of this are breathing and eating, and if these exchanges are not done correctly, the consequences are weakness, illness and death. But the exchanges we must make in order to live are not limited to breathing and eating. Or, more precisely, they also include breathing and nourishing ourselves in the different regions of the universe. In this way we bring life to our subtle bodies: the etheric, astral, mental, causal, buddhic and atmic bodies. All those who have learned how to breathe and nourish themselves through their subtle bodies experience their life as one immense symphony.
