Little things
Are important as long as they are done with love

Do not expect your equilibrium and salvation to depend on achieving great things. As the possibilities for accomplishing great feats only rarely present themselves, you are likely to wait a long time. It is the little things that turn out to be the most beneficial, and if you get into the habit of taking them seriously, you will develop an inner attitude that will act as a protection for you in many difficult situations in life. There are so many opportunities for little things! I shan’t go through them all, as the list would be endless. It is up to you to find them by paying greater attention and showing kindness to all living creatures, including animals and plants. Yes, and even to certain objects.
It is your love that will save you, and love can be expressed in all the seemingly unimportant gestures you make every day. So make the effort to always find something new to do, in the knowledge that each little gesture you make with diligence, sincerity and love is like a creature of light that is always with you.
