Expression of life and love

The reason it is so pleasant to hear children laughing is that their laughter expresses life and love. Children continually have currents of energy moving through them, contributing to their physical, emotional and mental development. Their whole being is full of energy, and their laughter is an explosion of life.
Laughter is an explosion of life in adults too. When you laugh, the energies you have accumulated burst out, overflow, and you need to share something with others. Each time you feel life intensifying within you, you experience the wish to meet up with your friends, to make new acquaintances, because you have something to give. The excess life inside you asks to be poured out somewhere, and joyful, friendly laughter is often the expression of the need to communicate this life.
