Its beneficial effects on the hands and feet

Listen to water flowing from a spring, a waterfall or a fountain. Concentrate on the water, imagine it flowing through you, carrying away everything heavy and dark in you and flooding you with new life. Immerse your hands in the water if you can, but it is sometimes enough just to run water over your hands from a tap. The main thing is the work you are able to do mentally, bearing in mind that your hands are conductors for all the energy currents travelling through space. Because our hands are at the end of our arms, they are able to function as antennae – through them we receive influences from the outside world, and we send out emanations caused by our psychic states. By focusing on the water, we are able to release our fatigue and worries and receive currents of pure life. And the same goes for the feet; because they are in contact with the ground, they too receive and transmit like antennae. When you feel demagnetized, exhausted, pour some hot water into a bowl, immerse your feet in it, and touch them mindfully, visualizing everything that is weighing you down and troubling you being carried away by the water.
