Their usefulness; an exercise to do every day

November 20th 2011
Every day, do some of the many exercises I have given you. There is no question that, thanks to them, you will go far. So stop doubting and asking yourself, ‘But is it worth doing? Aren’t I wasting my time?’ It is not that I fear your doubts, no, because I know that one day you are bound to discover how useful these exercises are. It is for you that doubt is harmful. Among these exercises is one you should practise as often as possible. When you have a few free minutes, try to create silence within yourself and project your thoughts as high as possible, putting all other concerns aside. Later, in moments of difficulty, you will understand how useful it is to be able to detach your thinking and direct it to the heights, to the light, because through thought you can disintegrate anything negative, both within you and around you.
