The only salvation at the time of death

Caught up in the whirl of everyday activities, few people ever consider that at any moment they could lose their life! Or even if they think about it, death remains an empty word for them. So, when the time comes for leaving this earth, it is a horrendous realization for them, and they are gripped by remorse, for they sense that they have passed by everything that makes life worthwhile.
Even if remorse does not erase anything, it is good to regret our mistakes and the time we have wasted. But at the same time, so that these regrets are not futile ones, we have to link in to the light, for it is our only salvation. Wherever we go, it is the light that leads us, and it is also our nourishment.
