Always rise to any situation

If you want always to be worthy of esteem, you have to show that you can rise to any challenge. Then, even if somebody criticizes you, tries to humiliate you or drags your name through the mud, their attempts will leave you untainted. Only you have the power to tarnish yourself, no one else; this is a law. No one has the power to drag you down if you refuse to compromise yourself.
If you are always linked to heaven, focused solely on doing the will of God, you will always be noble and luminous, whatever others do to you. Yes, because it is not human beings who are strongest but heaven, and you are under the protection of heaven.
