Spirit

Our spirit cannot manifest its full potential

January 4th 2025

The human spirit is a divine spark and as such is all-powerful, but it cannot manifest itself fully because of the limitations imposed on it by the material nature of our physical and psychic being. In the higher realm to which the spirit belongs, its powers are limitless, but we must do a great deal of work over a long period of time if we want it to exercise its powers over our matter. By persevering in our efforts every day, the spirit will gradually gain ground and in the end it will triumph and transform all of our matter. For the spirit possesses what are said to be ‘supernatural’ powers.
In reality there is nothing supernatural about it: miracles, prodigies and events that seem to contradict the laws of nature are neither supernatural, nor preternatural, nor anti-natural. No, they simply obey other laws: the laws of the spirit.*
