When someone has done something wrong
February 13th 2025
When someone has done something wrong, do not start by being harsh with them, just explain how they should act, both in their own interest and for the sake of others. If they do not understand, then try to appeal to their heart. And if that method still has no effect, then you have the right to take stricter measures: punishment.
This is how an Initiate works. When he sees that someone is not behaving correctly, he begins by explaining, without threats, and then he waits. If he sees that the person has not understood, and that his explanations have been ignored, he will try to touch their heart. If this method does not work either, only then will he resort to other measures. You are justified in being severe only if you have tried the other methods first. If you are strict from the outset, the person will have the right to reproach you for this hard stance, and nothing will have been achieved.
