Divine principle

Attract it so that it may make its home in you

Do your best to concentrate every single day on the divine Principle in order to draw it to you so that it may make its home in you. In truth, the divine Principle is already within you, but you are separated from it by wall after wall, layers of impurities produced by your disorderly and selfish way of life. All these impurities are so many barriers preventing God’s love and blessings from reaching your consciousness, and preventing your consciousness from rising toward Him.
In the Gospels Jesus says, ‘If they will keep my word, my Father and I will come to them and make our home with them.’ Only when you decide to submit to God’s rules, act according to His will, and agree to obey His orders, will the divine Principle finally come to dwell in you and manifest through you.*
