Spring

Take it as your model

See how a spring bubbles and flows without pause, quickly carrying off any rubbish that may have been thrown in. A spring stays forever pure and alive because it never stops flowing.
So take the spring as your model, and become just like it, letting love and life pour forth from you. In this way you will always be protected from negative influences, criticism and nastiness, you will be impervious to it. You will not even notice when someone tries to smear your reputation and hurt you, for you will wash away anything harmful that might be thrown at you, just as the spring does.*
