Our body must be cleaned and purified

Everything in existence gathers a little dust or grime over time. A house, however beautiful it may be, always ends up full of dust and cobwebs if we neglect to clean it regularly. The same applies to our body, which needs to be cleaned and purified so that no dust or cobwebs of any kind hinder the work of the higher entities who come to bring us the life of the divine world.
This is why regularly, every day even, we must think not only of clearing our stomachs, our lungs and our brains, but also our heart, our will and our intellect, of all the elements that cause decay and prevent us from vibrating in harmony with celestial realms.*
