Earth

It also influences human beings

Each of us is influenced by the state of the earth on the day we were born, and one wonders why astrology never mentions this. The earth thinks, lives, feels, breathes and evolves, which means that it also influences human beings. But a horoscope never mentions the earth or takes it into account, and yet we are influenced by it more than by any other planet, simply because we are closest to it.
Why does the moon have a greater influence on us than the sun? Because it is closer. And since the earth is even closer to us and is our dwelling place, its various states influence us even more strongly. There are times when the earth is awake and times when it is asleep; at other times it is pensive, unhappy or rejoicing.
Nobody pays any attention to the different moods of the earth, and this is a mistake, for we live in constant contact with it and consequently, we are influenced by the currents that flow through it.*
